This Small Lot Cabernet Franc was barrel aged for sixteen months. Concentrated red fruit aromas join notes of dried herbs, with traces of white pepper and cranberry on the nose. The palate is also met with red fruit flavours and hints of coffee, cherrywood, wild licorice and thyme.
Pairs well with lamd, beef steak and soft cheese.
Barrel aged for seventeen months, this concentrated Merlot is meaty and juicy, having aromas of dark cherry and ripe red apple, black pepper, dark roasted mocha and smoked ham. The palate has a rich mouth feel with cocoa-like tannins and flavours of ripe fruit. Awesome to enjoy with barbecued duck or spareribs, or chinese food.
In 2018 our Summerland vineyard yielded enough amazing fruit to produce 8 barrels of our Small Lot Series Chardonnay.
Notes of apple, cinnamon, lemon rind and buttery caramel greet the nose. The rich mid palate delivers flavours of Honey Crisp apple, baking spices, toasted nuts and toffee. Subtle oak aromatics come from a mix of neutral and new, extra fine grained French oak barrels. Fine acidity balances and enhances the lush fruit and the smooth finish.
Here is a Rose that's suitable for year round enjoyment. It's a great summer wine but you will want to save a few bottles for fall turkey dinners and the year-end holidays. Serve well chilled.
In the past our Blanc de Noir has been made with 100% Merlot. However two nights of frost early in October shortened the ripening season in 2019 and birds ate most of our Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon before we could pick it, so for this vintage we blended the very best of these premium grapes into this slightly off dry edition offering creamy cherry and vanilla flavours.
A very fine blend of five of the classic Bordeaux varietals. This wine is about finesse, delicacy and length. Aromas bring red and black berries with a delicate herbaceousness. Bright red fruit intermingles with a subltle toastiness on the palate with a very long finish. Fresh acidity allows this as a perfect wine with a slight chill in summer, lush enough for a fireplace winter warmer.
This vintage of our flagship classic Bordeaux style blend will likely earn a regular place on your table with its smooth texture and pleasing flavour. The Chase is Merlot dominant, with fresh acidity, medium body and smooth soft tannins. Aromas of cherry blossoms and flavours of black cherry, a hint of oak and a little smokiness on the finish give this wine finesse, and length.
The Chase is so darn food friendly it matches nicely with a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich, a mushroom casserole, pizza, grilled meats and good company.
This earthy, juicy unfiltered Syrah was aged in barrel for 13 months and has rich, complex aromas of plum, black pepper, anise and leather. Blackberry and cherry flavours play in the long savoury finish.
Barbecued and grilled meats, pulled pork, lamb ragout, leg of lamb with mint sauce, beef steak, venison and game birds make delicious pairings with this Syrah as do protein rich vegetarian dishes with mushrooms, quinoa, lentils and chickpeas. Aged hard cheese go well with Syrah.
Lifted notes of buttered popcorn and caramel intermingle with guava and grapefruits. Sweet fruits dominate the entry that leads to an intense and lush mid palate. Fine acidity balances and enhances the length of this very complex wine framed with neutral oak to allow this Summerland vineyard to shine through. Delicious now but can be cellared for 5 years at least.
Excellent to pair with lobster and scallops or pizza with white sauce.
Rich and bursting with flavours of blueberry and elderflower, this luscious four barrel lot of Malbec aged for 16 months is concentrated and yet delicate. Dark fruit as black currant and plums, hints of dried herbs and licorice combine with a smooth palate that together with powerful underlying tannins lead to a finish that seems to last for an eternity.
Great with braised pork , duck, a rich sausage pizza or scallop risotto.
This 1998 vintage zesty malt style Tawny cherry vinegar is made from 100% premium Okanagan cherries. Oak barrel aged with smooth texture and malty flavour.
Juicy with aromas of dark fruit, dark chocolate, toffee, smoked sandalwood and the sweet spiciness of clove, vanilla and eucalyptus. Aged in barrel for 16 months this Syrah bursts with rich flavours on both palate and nose, offering great balance, variety tannins and a long finish.
Great for pairing with grilled steak or scallops, cured meats and rich pasta meals. Perfect with aged hard cheese.

This claret coloured five varietal Bordeaux style blend has toasty vanilla and mocha aromas intermingling with brighter notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, and leather. Soft tannins and a long finish make this a well-rounded wine that is enjoyable upon release.

A full bodied Syrah with enticing aromas of dark chocolate, cherry, pepperoni and a complex smoky meatiness. These rich aromas are joined by bright floral notes of violet and plum on the palate, complexity created by co-fermenting 6% Viognier with the Syrah and toasty oak barrels.
